What happens in the first 24 hours after I buy?
You will get a pre onboarding email from your assigned project manager. Before that email, our team runs a short internal huddle to hand off context from sales so your project manager is fully up to speed on your goals and specifics. We then schedule your onboarding call. In that call we gather all required access so we can start fast with nothing left unclear. The call is recorded and transcribed and shared so you never have to repeat yourself. After the call we run an internal kickoff meeting with every team member who will work on your project.
When should I expect first results?
Assuming we have everything we need up front and approvals are prompt, you should see your first qualified appointments in weeks three to four. Months one and two are focused on data gathering and A B testing. Most clients see optimal results by months three to four.
What is a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is someone who answers required pre booking questions in line with your standards for budget, timing, service, and location. Only those who meet your thresholds can book a discovery call.
What ad spend do I need to start?
Meta only start at 1,000 USD per month. Meta plus Google start at 1,500 USD. All four channels in Scale Meta, Google, Pinterest, and YouTube start at 2,000 USD. For stronger volume and to unlock our guarantee, plan budget closer to 5,000 USD per month. We build and tune the machine. Your ad spend is the gas.
What do you deliver in the first 14 days?
If you provide assets and approvals on time, we deliver a first draft of website copy and we launch ads with the follow up system live within 14 days.
What is not included?
We do not offer social media management such as posting and daily engagement. That is a separate hands on service best handled by a local creator and usually starts around 2,000 USD per month. Be cautious of very cheap offers that do not drive ROI.
Do you offer territory protection?
Yes. Territory protection starts at 250 USD per month and covers an area of up to 150,000 people. Larger areas are available case by case.
What are your contract options and cancellation terms?
We offer month to month or 12 or 24 month terms. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
What is your performance guarantee?
If you invest at least 5,000 USD per month in ad spend for 12 months, we guarantee at least two home sales in year one. If that does not happen, we work for free until you do.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Who owns my accounts and assets?
You own one hundred percent of everything created on your behalf including ad accounts, audiences, data, websites, and domains. We will never withhold access.
What do you need from me in week one?
Access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, your domain and any current website, logo files and brand assets, past project photos and videos, Meta ad account, Page, pixel, and data sets. For Scale, also Pinterest Ads and YouTube access. Complete our ideal customer exercise and messaging exercises. We will send about twenty StoryBrand style questions. You can answer in writing or on a recorded call that we transcribe.
Who will I meet with and how often?
Your dedicated project manager is your single point of contact. During the first two months expect weekly check ins, more if you prefer. After that we shift to biweekly or monthly based on your preference.
What KPIs do you track?
Core KPIs are cost per lead, leads to appointment, and appointments to close. We provide a shared dashboard and review performance in each check in.
How fast do you turn changes around and how do approvals work?
Website or video changes are typically turned around within 24 hours. We ask for approvals within 24 hours. If you prefer, we can proceed after 24 hours without explicit approval to keep momentum.
Which CRM do you use and who owns it?
We run everything in GoHighLevel. You own the account and can keep it if you ever move on. We can transfer it out of our agency with your assets intact.
How do you reduce no shows?
Your calendar reminders are set for 24 hours before, one hour before, and a text 10 minutes before the meeting.
How do you prevent spam and low quality leads?
We use reCAPTCHA, honeypots, contact validation, and platform level checks. Our form questions filter out poor fits before they reach your calendar.
Can I pause or lower ad spend?
Yes. Email or text your project manager and we can adjust within about an hour.
Can you take over from my current agency?
Yes. We get access to your accounts, remove the prior team if you want, and keep what is working while we optimize and rebuild where needed.
